Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Welcome back.
After reading the answers and seeing the photos, I feel that you might be having vitiligo.
Vitiligo is an idiopathic depigmentation of the skin. It is without cause. And can occur any where on the body and at any age.
In your case it is on prepucial skin and on glans penis. The disease is benign and may be kept untreated.
If you want to take treatment, you may. But it may be resistant to treatment as the area of prepuce and glans. However, long term treatment may be helpful to get pigmentation back.
You may apply tacrolimus oint 0.03% or pacrolimus cream daily for few months.
Orally take psoralen compound like trioxsalen 25 mg daily in morning and immunomodulator like levamisole 50 mg daily at night for long time. If there is some improvement, you may continue treatment.. otherwise discontinue. However, you may take treatment under supervision of nearby dermatologist.
I hope the answer given by me would be helpful to you. Still, any query, you are welcome.
Wishing you healthy life with regards.
