Seems like Leukoplakia, biopsy needed..

Hi..
Welcome back..

The image you have sent is too much blurred, if possible please send a clear picture..

However as far as I can make out from the image and the description it looks like Leukoplakia..
Leukoplakia is due over production of Keratin but there is also disturbance in cells known as cellular dysplasia..

But for confirmation you need to consult an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigation like biopsy can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

But you should stop chewing tobacco as it is deleterious and can cause mouth cancer..
If Leukoplakia is confirmed it is a precancerous condition but can be reversed of tobacco intake is completely stopped..
