The thrush like symptoms on my penis head started with small red patches and a build up under foreskin. This has now almost cleared up fully. The spot on my penis isn't sore to touch although I sometimes feel a burning sensation in that area. It is flat and shiny and doesn't appear to contain water like fluid like a blister. The spots on my anus are painless and only itchy after I have been working in sweaty environments. I have photos to send but not sure how to attach them on a follow up email? Thank you for your help.

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Penile lesion likely Wart or Molluscum.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for follow up query.
I have gone through two photos.
Though The penile photo is not clear. If the lesion on penis is raised, appears to be due to wart or molloscum .You can have discussion with your doctor for further diagnosis and treatment.
The anal lesion appears to be due to irritation or friction or fungal infection in the area. I would have advised topical cleaning area with warm water twice daily followed by application of candid-B cream .See that there is no friction or irritation in the area.
You can get back for any clarification.
