What Causes White Spots At The Back Of The Throat?
Question: I noticed a couple of white spots in my throat. There are present for about 3 days. One to the left of my uvula on the palstoglossal arch and the other one on the left tonsil. I had a large tonsil stone in the right tonsil that fell out yesrerday. I don't have sore throat or fever. What is causing these spots?

From the picture you have sent it looks like you may be having a condition called as keratosis pharyngis in the early stage.
The cause for this condition is unknown and most patients are asymptomatic. No treatment is required for most of the patients
