What Causes White Spots On Right Inner Cheek?

Question: I dipped once last Friday and there is a little white lesion on the right side of my inner cheek and there are multiple little white dotes on the right side as well. MY lymph nodes are a little swollen in my jaw/neck area. Can you get oral cancer from dipping once? Also were i placed the dip my gum/lip is still kinda raw. How long before everything will fully heal? I'm really nervous about oral cancer.

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.

You are very young 18 years male- Dipping once will never cause a cancer and never at your tender age.

The little white spots and lesion will heal with time if you do not repeat the dipping.
The lymph nodes are due to mild infection or reaction and may settle on its own as it is the body that heals the wounds. If it remains so or enlarges, you may need a Doctor's consultation and may be medicines for a few days.

Healing occurs within a week if you do not consume it again, do not eat or drink too hot or too cold things.
