Rare possibility of Viral Warts (if you have been sexually active).

Have you been sexually active? If so, the ones at the base (foreskin region) appear to be a viral infection called Molluscum contagiosum & needs to be removed with your local dermatologist & is a simple procedure. So best to visit a dermatologist nearest you. Use this HCM site to source one. If in XXXXXXX you can find me at XXXXXXX Hospital.
The tiny dots on the head (what we call corona of the penis) are what I stated earlier..Fox Fordyce's spots. Nothing to be done for this..leave alone.
