What Causes White Vaginal Discharge When Being Around Partner?
I am 26, female.
I experience white discharge whenever I get close to my fiance.. I never experienced sex till now.. I feel it very uncomfortable when I get wet.. A gynecologist told me that it's all normal.. but I don't feel confident to go further for intercourse.. I feel its unclean. Please suggest how to maintain it to be clean and dry.
It is absolutely normal

Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using heathcaremagic.
I read your query and understand your concerns.
As I can see that discharge occurs only when your partner is with you and that sounds absolutely normal. This is the normal body reaction and it happens to almost all people when they are intimate to someone. In fact it indicates that your body reaction is normal and there is point to feel proud rather than being ashamed.
Since it is not a disease, it can not be treated. I hope you understand that normal physiological reactions of body can not be treated. They do happen and point toward the health status of your body. In case it is very excessive, the use of sanitary pads is warranted. They will not prevent the discharge but will keep you dry.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.

along with the white discharge I felt pain in my lower back which is similar to the pain I get when I menstruate. Is there anything to worry?
If it is constant, definitely intervention is required
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.
If the pain is associated with discharge and do not occur in isolation, I do not think you need to worry. It may be due to simple muscle contraction.
In case the pain is persistent and continuous over the years or months or needs pain killers to keep in control, there is definite need to seek further intervention.
In that case it is possible that it is due to faulty posturing, sitting for prolonged time in front of computer or so on.
I hope this answers your question.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
