She needs check by a gynaecologist to differentiate between normal and abnormal discharge.
In general if there is bad smell or itching in private parts then it need treatment otherwise mild discharge is common in most of ladies.
Ad far as conception is concerned I would like to know her menstrual cycles and advise certain tests
In general if she had regular cycles then intercourse in middle 10 days of cycle are good for conception
Get her complete blood count, blood sugar, TSH, prolactin and ultrasound done and get you semen analysis done too.
Get the reports and we can discuss further

Hi the fluid which she release does not smell and she wont feel itching at all.
Her last menstrual pwriod was on 28nov
And 8th to 18 was her fertile period as earlier suggested by you. She release such fluid only for few days evry month and today it was loooking like raw white...
