What Causes Whitish Vaginal Discharge Along With Sore Vagina?

Question: I am at menopause age and quite often i will have a discharge that sits in the bottom of the toilet. It is stringy. Sometimes white sometimes red. I am also on coumadin and i get a burning vagina quite often.
