What Causes Whooshing Sounds In Ear When I Bend Over Or Stand Up?

Question: Hi,
I am a 25 year old male and just the other day I noticed that when I bend over or stand up I hear a whooshing sound in my right ear. Sometimes it's just a solid noise and sometimes it will be pulsating. I've had an MRI (not MRA) for dizziness in the past month or so and the doctors said the MRI looked fine. This whooshing sound is a new symptom for me. What could be the causes?
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Need more information .
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having Tinnitus . Tinnitus is multi factorial . In your case it might because of eustachian tube blockage due to cold or allergy .
I would like to know if any Pure Tone Audiometry test & Impedance Audiometry was done. If yes, kindly upload here.
In the meanwhile if I were your treating doctor , I would advice
Steam Inhalation twice daily,
Saline nasal spray thrice daily &
use Antihistaminic .
Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.

Hi,
Thank you for your response. I have done a hearing test recently, as requested by my doctor. It was all fine.
I have had ringing in my ears for 10 years or so and it hasn't gotten any worse. This whooshing sound is new to me. It only happens when I bend over or stand up quickly. It doesn't happen when lying down or standing or sitting.
Could this be pulsative tinnitus? If so, is it serious? I've been really anxious about my health in the last month and after reading up about this, I am really concerned.
Thanks.
