What Causes Worm Infestation Of Clitoris?
Question: I have found a worm in my clitoris. I think there are more. How can I get rid of them?

It's more likely to be migrated worm from the gastrointestinal tract. More like to be either Pinworm or maggots.

It was about 1cm long. Not really itching, just the feel of it's movement. Don't think it is more red than usual.

Its likely to be pinworm infestation. Single dose of antihelminthic like Albendazole will be curative. I would also advise you hot sitz bath which will really be helpful.

Albendazole is available over the counter in the UK.
Add handful of common table salt in tub of lukewarm water and you can sit in it for 15-20minutes twice a day.
