Brief Answer:
Muscle twitching/ fasciculation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Periodic vibration could be due to muscle twitching.
2. Stretching the muscle, heat application could help.
3. Commonly calcium and magnesium deficiency causes twitching. It can affect any muscle. Magnesium and calcium supplements or increasing diet intake through almonds, bananas, ragi, fish, chicken and spinach will help.
4. Reduce stress and anxiety.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
