Brief Answer:
fatt liver or alcohol related liver problem or viral infection to liver

Detailed Answer:
Hello
1) Abnormal liver enzymes suggest derangement in liver function. This might be due to either damaged liver tissue or due to high load of metabolites for metabolism
2) Fatty liver, viral infection of liver, alcohol are common problems associated with high level of liver enzymes.
3) You should do USG abdomen to know about liver structure (to exclude fatty liver), virology tests for hepatitis (to exclude liver infections)
4) Except viral infection to liver, there is no specific treatment for elevated liver enzymes. Taking high protein diet, fat-free diet, regular exercise, intermittent fasting, abstinence from alcohol are some preventive measures to prevent further elevation in liver enzymes.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
Have a nice day!
