Dear XXXX,
Hi
Good afternoon!
I can understand your concern.

The enzyme SGPT is mildly elevated whereas the other enzymes are within the normal limits. The reports need to be correlated clinically.
Can you please provide the following information?
1. Do you take alcohol or smoke cigarettes?
2. Do you have any other medical illness or do you take any medications?
3. What is your body weight & height?
4. Have you ever had any liver problem, if yes what was the nature?
5. Do you have any abdominal problem like pain, distension, dyspepsia?
Awaiting your reply.
Best regards.

Brief Answer:
There is nothing to worry.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Good afternoon!
Thanks for your reply.
Glad to to know that you are not a smoker or alcoholic.
Whereas the other liver function tests are withing normal limits with mildly elevated SGPT & you do not have any symptom there is nothing to worry.
The level be back to normal after some life style changes like
1. Since you are slightly overweight (BMI:26.37 Kg/m2), so reduce your body weight (normal weight range for the height: 55 - 74.0 Kgs) by regular exercise
2. Avoid fatty veg/non-veg meals
3. Take home cooked foods, increase the intake of fruits and vegetables
You may repeat the liver function tests after 4-6 weeks.
Hope this answers your query.
Best of your health.
