What Do Black Lines In Vision Indicate?

Its Normal.
Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
The feeling you had and actually what you saw is normal. When you move from dark to bright light the pupils of your eyes adjust. Many times due to sudden bright exposure the pupillary reaction is slow and adjustment takes time so this happens.
If we talk about pathological problem this occurs when there is a problem in retina or in occipital lobe of brain.
But since you have got your eye tested I suppose they must have checked your retina too.
As far as occipital lobe pathology is concerned, if there is any pathology there then the same episodes would have been occured in normal light too.
So I don't find any reason to worry.
If you have any further query feel comfortable to ask me.
Stay Healthy.
