What Do Black Spots On Penis Shaft Indicate?

i have been noticing these black spots/ moles on my shaft for a while and recently i think they are changing sometimes less sometimes a little more with different shapes. they do not hurt and they don't have any puss out of them. most notably are in the left side on my shaft as shown in the attached pictures. two years ago they were there but looking much less and now there is an extra one higher on my shaft which appeared very recently.
i have been sexually active with one partner for four years and i guess we are both fine. we are athletes too and We never had a sexual intercourse with other people except each other during these four years.
Im not using protection because we are steady and only doing it with each other. recently Im not active for months but i masturbate regularly using normal baby oil. I am going through some stress if that counts and obsessing with this doesn't help.
so please can you tell me what they are in the pictures i attached! if they look serious or not? what causes them and what is the possible treatment for them? are they sexually transmitted? and so on ...
thank you Dr. and hope you find the picture good enough to give a certain Diagnostic.
Please, get consulted!

Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these spots that you have described.
From the description you have given and the review of both images, they are concerning for possible warts. Warts are caused by human papilloma virus (HPV) infections. These viruses are transmitted by contact and can be transmitted during sexual intercourse if they lesions are not protected. Over years, their multiplication can lead to the development of warts.
I will recommend that you seek medical examination with a venereal disease specialist for confirmation. There can be easily treated by dissolving them with drugs or by surgical ablation techniques.
In all, they are likely to be genital warts. they can be sexually transmitted. Treatment is available but you would need to consult a venereal disease specialist for confirmation and a treatment plan.
I hope this addresses your query fully. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and feel free to ask for clarifications and more information if need arises.
Regards,

Could it be a sign for something more serious than genital warts?
Or be just warts and thats it?
Are there any complications for having genital warts other than the unpleasant look?
Could stress be a major factor for them to show?
In my condition, is a minor surgical process needed or medicines/creams could clear them away?
The last time i checked with my sexual partner, i didnt find any on her since its a transmitted disease. Is that possible?
Could not be worse than warts for now
Detailed Answer:
From the images, it is more likely that these are warts. The next greatest thing would have been a cancer but it is not possible for it to start with multiple lesions at the same time.
After confirmation, I will initially go for medical treatment before considering surgery at a later date if it fails.
It is possible for your partner not to have it. Contact is a risk factor but does not make it s certainty that this would happen. That's good news for you both.
Warts can lead to cancers in the long run if caused by susceptible serotypes. For now, I cannot determine the serotype without further laboratory testing.
Stress is not s possible cause but they flourish when the body's immunity is compromised. I wish you well and feel free to ask for more information if need be.

What about hiv? Are warts a sign for hiv or is it mostly warts just mean warts and that is the end of it?
Probably not caused by HIV
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up query.
Warts are not caused by HIV. They are caused by a virus called HPV as i mentioned earlier to you. However, HIV and AIDS would make warts to grow rapidly and increase the chances for it to become cancer.
From the information you provided, I didn't find a reason to suspect that you could possibly have HIV. If there are some more symptoms or concerns like risky behavior that could have exposed you to this in the past, please report them to me so that I can comment more on this. Also, have you ever been tested for HIV in the past? I will like to know what the last result was. What about your partner?
Hope to hear from you and always a pleasure responding to your health query on this panel.
Thanks.
