I can understand your concern for herpes in your girlfriend and related issues of sore throat and other things.

Before I guide you best regarding your concern let me guide you certain important facts:

To tell you medically - Herpes lesions manifest itself as small vesicles (fluid filled blisters) which remains for just a day or two and then forms ulcers which are quite painful. These ulcers then heals in next 5-7 days.

To begin with also these vesicles are quite painful and itchy with discomfort and once the vesicles burst in a day or two then the ulcers which are formed are quite painful for next 4-5 days. So the symptoms can never go unnoticed and complete illness of herpes remains for 7-14 days only.

SO if it is more than 2 weeks since you are observing the blisters then it is not at all herpes. Let me know if the blisters are of more than 2 weeks duration.

Secondly herpes lesions are recurrent but in that case also it has a gap of minimum 2-3 months or in rare chance 2 months for the recurrence.

So you get an idea regarding possibility of herpes.

For the part of sore throat: It can happen due to so many other reasons and basically if occurring repeatedly then is an allergic phenomenon. So do not take only one cause of passionate oral sex for sore throat in your girlfriend.

Your girl friend requires proper medical attention and care for her problems rather than feeling paranoid.
