What Do Burning Sensation And Pain After Intercourse Suggest?

Forgot to add that after sex the first time had bright red long lesion like on inside of labia minora and burned real bad when urinating for a couple days
Likely to be urethritis or cystitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Your symptoms are suggestive of urethritis which is an infection/ inflammation of the urethra or the bladder . If you had protected sex, there is no need to worry about herpes progenitalis.
This is similar to what happens in 'honey moon cystitis' . Because you had not been sexually active for about an year and are post menopausal, the vagina had undergone some changes and it is because of these that you had those post coital symptoms.
It would be good to get a urine microscopy and if there are pus cells to do a urine culture and sensitivity. You may require to take antibiotic depending on the culture result.
Flucanazole is only for fungal (yeast ) infection which is less likely to be the cause.
In the meantime drink plenty of fluids and urine alkalinizer may give symptomatic relief.

Will it aggravate the urethritis if I use estrogen oil or rep lens for dryness?
Due to decreased vaginal lubricant action
Detailed Answer:
It would have been painful right away because the vaginal secretion would be less and the introduction traumatic.
Don't worry you would be fine with treatment.
Wish you good health and a great day.

Yes
Detailed Answer:
Yes, you can use estrogen cream locally along with the antibiotic. No adverse interaction.

I didn't mention that I have noticed, felt these small clusters of bumps before I had sex though? But have been having frequent urination. I hope you are right and will be ok after abx treatment.
You are welcome.
Detailed Answer:
Sorry for the delay in replying due to the time zone difference.
The bumps you are feeling and preceding the sexual encounter are likely to be Bartholin glands or tiny mucosal cysts.
You will get well soon with treatment.
I shall be happy to answer any further queries if you have any after you get the results.
Have a great day.
