What Do Circular Rash On Upper Back Indicate?

Question: I have gone to three different dermatologists about circular rash about six inches by four inches on the upper right side of my back. This rash has been with me off and on about three years since I have taken the shingles vaccine. None of the doctors think it is shingles. Some times it feels like a thousand needles, but only a times. None of the prescribed meds have helped and the varying degrees of the cortisone based creams make me feel awful. Now I am using nothing except Cetaphil soap and CeraVe lotion. It has helped a little, but nothing is making the rash go away.

The only meds I take are for blood pressure. My cardiologist said, "a little rash is not important, a life threatening disease is".

So, this my situation.

Probably you have developed cutaneous smyloidosis.
It is proteinaceous collection under skin.
