What Do Delayed Periods And Negative Pregnancy Result Indicate?

Question: My periods are delayed for 50 days. The pregnancy test ( urine and blood ) are negative. I have taken regestrone 5mg for 3 days twice . After 3 days I took Sysron N tablet for 3 days thrice. Its been 5 days since my last tablet and I have not got my periods. Pls guide what to do. Is there any chance of pregnancy? Also are my periods delayed because of taking these tablets?

ok. But i m having leg and back pain. Also i feel like i am gaining weight. Is this because of i my periods are delayed or some other problem? I am really getting worried. i have attached the blood report for pregnancy as well
