Question: Ok im 51 but always was strong and pretty healthy. I do smoke but never bothered by it. Anout 2 months ago o started geting out of nreth easy. Now i cant walk to my van without no breath dizzy and abput to pass out.
Brief Answer:
heart or lung disease suspected
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
shortness of breath on exertion raises suspicions for heart or lung disease (or both!). Heart disease is usually accompanied by swollen legs. Lung disease can be accompanied by phlegm production and wheezing. An ultrasound scan of the heart (echo) and spirometry (functional testing of the lungs) are sufficient to find out their functional capacity.
So the best course of action for someone with this kind of problem is to visit a cardiologist and a pulmonologist for further testing. The treatment will depend on the results...
I hope it helps!
Kind Regards!

Brief Answer:
an injury?
Detailed Answer:
Bruising is usually a result of injury (a sprain/strain). The bruising may "move" towards the lower parts of the foot. Pain is expected.
Clinical examination is very important in such cases. You should visit a doctor...

I dont remember an injory. Its so bad i had to quit my job.
Brief Answer:
it looks like one...
Detailed Answer:
I've seen the picture. Although it's not very clear, it looks like an injury. Sometimes a mild sprain or strain may not be evident at the time of injury but swelling and bruising may occur later. There should be at least some pain. Other causes may include spontaneous bleeding (coagulation disorders may predispose to it) and embolic events (the heart valve could be implicated). Embolic events will be painful and they don't usually look like a bruise at first. The extremity looks pale and only after necrosis occurs it may become dark and resemble a bruise.
So I believe that it's probably an injury even if you can't remember one. You'd better visit a doctor for clinical examination though.
Kind Regards!
