Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
My opinion is that your symptoms are suggestive for beginning of hypertension. My advises are as follows:
1. You should schedule a complete cardiac examinations including Cardiac ECHO, stress test and blood pressure monitoring.
2. You should do life style and dietary changes in order to control your blood pressure. If you were my patients I would suggest the following changes:
- Reduce salt intake by reducing salty food (ham, sausage, diary products, cheese, fast food etc.)
- Eat a healthy Mediterranean diet reach in fresh vegetables, salads, fruits, olive oil and fish.
- Increase physical activity
- Reduce unnecessary stress
- Reduce alcohol intake to less then 1 glass of vine per day
- Loose weigh
- Add omega 3 reach fish oil supplements
3. If the above mentioned lifestyle and dietary changes doesn't help you to control your BP then you should start medical treatment (to stabilize your blood pressure). Since the medications may have unwanted side effects you should discuss with your doctor about medical treatment.
Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
