Brief Answer:
A number of causes

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but you symptoms could be due to a number of causes ..
The weakness could be due to anemia which can be confirmed by a CBC test and can be treated with iron supplements . also it could be due to hypotension which can be confirmed by regular measurement of blood pressure . if hypotension is mild it can be corrected by life style modifications such as simple walking or increasing sodium content in diet.
Another cause could be hypoglycemia which can be confirmed by a blood test of glucose level and can be reversed by dividing the food intake into small meals every hour or two..
As per your swollen eyes , I would prefer that you send a photo of your eyes to be able to help you further .i hope you find this helpful
