Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic
I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your concern and I have looked at the pictures.
I would keep a possibility of Fordyce Spots(Ectopic sebaceous glands). It is not an STD.
I would like to gather some more information from you in order to be able to help you better
-Since how long have you noticed these bumps?
-Do you have any associated symptoms like itching, burning, pain, vaginal discharge?
-Do you have single or multiple sexual partners? Are your sexual encounters protected or unprotected?
regards

Brief Answer:
Fordyce Spots
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the additional information
Fordyce spots is the most likely possibility in your case. They are ectopic sebaceous glands. They are yellowish bumps/oil glands which become more obvious on stretching the mucosa. They are totally asymptomatic
Normally sebaceous glands are present in hair bearing skin like outer labia and face etc, however, in most people there are a few sebaceous glands that exist in non-hair bearing areas (where they should'nt, therefore ectopic!!) like mucosa of upper lips, undersurface of prepuce in males and labia minora in females. Some people have more than others and gets them bothered. They are perfectly normal, completely harmless and common for many people, guys and gals!
No intervention is required actually. However, if you insist, you can get them removed with a LASER (with CO2 Laser vaporisation). I have done a few patients of fordyce spots on the labial mucosa(lips)

Could it be genital warts? The person ive been with for two years went to the doctor he told me he had genital warts. Not on his penis but right above the penis on the v shape part before the penis his look diffrent than what i have on my labia.... But could it be genital warts instead of fordyce spots that i have?
Brief Answer:
Fordyce spots
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Not at all. They are not genital warts.
Genital warts are very different, clinically. They are fleshy or pink, moist, cauliflower shaped papules. Whereas, Fordyce spots are yellowish little bumps which can be seen better, when stretched.
Always practice safe sex with a condom

Thank you for your helpful information. I hope that you are right in your information. I just needed some reinsurance before i go to my gynecologist on the 6th. Thanks again

Thanks for posting your concern at healthcaremagic
I am 100% sure about my diagnosis. A dermatologist would be better aware of Fordyce spots, rather than a gynecologist. A gynecologist might just label it as warts, if she is not sure.
