What Do Fluctuations In BP When On Perindopril Indicate?
Question: Hi I am on 4mg of perondipril.My blood pressure was high before 150 ' but now at various times very low- just 10 minutes ago it was 122/48 my pulse is 50 bpm. Could you advise.

I am only taking 4mg perondipril. I am concerned diastolic is too low.I have been having disabling sensation when standing too quickly feeling like a pulsating sensation in sternum which usually goes off after about 30 seconds although I am on omerprezarol 20mg for acid reflux problems.
