Brief Answer:
Frequency likely due to UTI. Itching will a gynec check-up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

The frequency is usually due to an UTI.(urinary infection).
To confirm this, get her urine routine and culture test done.
According to the report,a specific antibiotic is given,if she has UTI.

After giving the urine sample for testing, she may start a Ciprofloxacin, twice daily.
She can also take a Citralka syrup, twice daily.
She should drink about 10 glasses liquids daily.

For the itchiness and local pain, she will need to be examined by a gynecologist.
The doctor can then decide,as to the likely cause and prescribe medicine.

Wishing her good health.
