Brief Answer:
Increased ALT and GGT may indicate liver injury.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your findings suggests raised GGT and ALT level.
Increased ALT and GGT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, auto immune causes, drug toxicity etc.
It may be due to fatty liver and increased body weight in your case but it is important to exclude other causes.

You may need few more investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, lipid profile, renal function test, urine RE/ME,viral markers,ANA estimation.

I suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months to my patients. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.

You findings also suggests enlarged liver(hepatomegaly) with mild deposition of fat within liver cells(fatty liver).
Hepatomegaly in your case may be due to fatty changes in liver.
Mildly enlarged liver often get reverse with treatment of underlying cause.Fatty liver is a reversible condition.
You may need few medicines after complete investigations.

You should avoid saturated fat and go for brisk walk regularly.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.

Brief Answer:
Findings suggests iron deficiency anemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Sorry for replying late.

Uploaded documents are hazy,so I am not able to go through it properly.
Total cholesterol and LDL level is towards upper limit.
You should avoid saturated fat.

Findings also suggests iron deficiency anemia.Anemia is evident by low hemoglobin level, low MCH and MCHC level.Anemia may the reason for your symptoms.
I suggest to take iron supplementation and iron rich food.
You can take iron and zinc combination tablet once daily. You can take one glass of lemon water along with it.Vitamin C helps in better absorption of iron.
You can also take one tablet of folic acid daily.

You should also take iron rich food like jaggery, dates, green leafy vegetables etc.If you are non-vegetarian then you can take liver also.
You can also take one capsule of vitamin B complex daily.

I also suggest for thyroid profile estimation.
Blood sugar level is also towards upper limit. You may need follow up.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.

Thank you Doctor.

I am sorry about the reports, I have uploaded good set of reports again.

I have checked Thyroid also.

So I need to take
1. ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily
2. Iron and zinc combination tablet once daily
3. Folic acid daily.

Also I used to take Aten 25 for Blood Pressure, then I reduced it and stopped it altogether, then one of the doctor said your BP is normal, you dont have to take any tablets, when I went to doctor in my office, he said your BP is high, you need to take tablets, when I went for medical check up, they said, your BP is normal. Why is this fluctuation, Should I continue taking tablets or not?

One more final question - My body is very warm, while I am sweating especially, when I come back from office and I am excessively sweating, will the above tablets take care of it?

Thank you for you valuable suggestion doctor.

Brief Answer:
It is common to have increase in blood pressure in doctor's chamber.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Sorry again for replying late.

I have gone through your reports in detail. Most of the things we have discussed earlier.
I suggest you to maintain B.P chart for five days(taken at least three times a day).
It is common to have increase in blood pressure in doctor's chamber. So,I suggest to record blood pressure in home.If blood pressure is persistently increased then you may need to continue anti-hypertensives.

Tiredness, sweating may be due to anemia.I am sure you will be fine with medicines.

You may also need culture and sensitivity of urine as there are excess pus cells in urine.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
