What Do Metallic Taste In Mouth, Headaches And Nausea Indicate?
Question: I went to a free clinic because i dont have insurance i had a ct done urine blood done5 months ago he called me up to tell me everything was fine.i have a metallic taste in my mouth headache pains on my left side when i eat i get nausea and can't finish my meals when i urinate very little comes out i was very vibrant now im always home sleeping im only25yrs old please help

It is very important a High-resolution CT scan(instead of 128 slice go for 512 slice) of the abdomen be performed again.
I would like to go with your doctor's opinion.
Cleaning liver and kidney will not alter the blood work much if an underlying stone is not resolved.
As of now, antispasmodic oral tablets like tramadol or buscopan with pantoprazole will help to tide over the pain and vomiting crisis.Please check with your physician if shares my view and if can prescribe these drugs to you.
Pertaining to blood work up make sure you get a complete renal profile and liver function tests.
Further management is based on test results.
