What Do Missed Periods And HCG Level Of 21 Indicate?

Question: hello my name is XXXX an d I have missed my period for 3 weeks and 1 day I have taken two different types of pregnancy tests and they both said positive and my HGC was 21 I was referred to a OB GYN doctor. so what does this mean Sir??
Brief Answer:
Get HCG and USG
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic
HCG test is usually the guiding factor but in my opinion your first report of HCG was not correct or if correct and it falls this time, then it must be an early abortion only.
Please get your HCG levels repeated along with a trans-vaginal ultrasound so as to be sure of site of pregnancy and of course if it is viable or not.
Let's hope for the best.

Brief Answer:
Bhcg is better
Detailed Answer:
No need to do a urine pregnancy test and just do bhcg which will help to confirm non pregnant status.
If the level falls, nothing to worry as 21 is a very low figure. But if rising then levels of rise are important in deciding further management.
