Brief Answer:
Likely intestinal movements

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Movements seen and perceived in lower stomach can be due to movements of the intestines due to excessive peristalsis.
If your last periods were on 15 July and the flow was normal, then the pregnancy and fetal movements are ruled out.
Moreover, fetal movements are felt after 5 months of pregnancy.
I suggest you to observe the movements for 2-3 days more.
If continued, then you should get an ultrasound of the abdomen done to rule out any pathology in the intestine.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Not a serious issue

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, movements of intestines due to excessive peristalsis is generally normal and can be due to excessive stress or as a side effect of certain medications.
