Hello,
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Crestor can produce muscle and liver inflammation which may be the cause for your muscles being sore and your nausea. Alleve is an anti inflammatory medicine which can produce gastritis which can be another cause for your nausea.
Take an antacid and see if your nausea is better. You can also take a multivitamin and antioxidant tablet which may help with the cramps.
If your muscles remain sore , it would be good to do a CPK enzyme ( blood test) to see if there is any myositis ( inflammation of the muscle). If the CPK is high, you should stop the crestor and see your doctor.
Do get back to me if you have further queries.

I take a multivitamin every morning. Does is make a difference that I am not taking the name brand Crestor but the generic rosuvastatin. I have taken Crestor (name brand) for about 2 years. I have been taking the generic for about 30 days.
