
What Do Muscle Spasms On The Buttocks Indicate?

Question: when I sit down it feels like I am sitting on something. the feeling is under my left buttcheek. my left leg also has a XXXXXXX horse type pain going through it if I sit for too long. could this just pulled muscles or something more serious?
