Brief Answer:
Take treatment as advised for migraine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

The MRI report is normal with normal findings.
Migraine headache may be severe and chronic in some cases and require continous prophylaxis medication like Flunarizine or Amitryptiline or Propranolol or Topiramate or Divalproate.

Usually migraine visual aura are not permanent and vision loss is not a feature.
You should get evaluated by an Ophthalmologist for vision loss.
You can also upload images of MRI.

Take prophylaxis treatment from one of the medications discussed previously.
Lifestyle changes like proper sleep and timely food.

Avoid fasting, stress, excessive coffee or tea.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Get investigated for multiple sclerosis too

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Acute loss of vision may be a presentation of multiple sclerosis or Neuromyelitis optica and require further investigation like spine Mri, csf study with Nmo antibodies and oligoclonal bands,VEP test. It's true that first episode of optic neuritis may not have any brain lesions.
Detailed work up is required if demyelinating disorder are suspected.
