Question: Sir attaching my two x ray films kindly explain ,I am for last four months on anti tubercular treatment hence asking you for full clarification.

X ray dated 11-11-16 is suggestive of bilateral reticular opacities in middle and lower lobes.
These kind of lesions a seen mostly with infection like tuberculosis, viral infection etc.
Your x ray dated 1-2-17 is improving and there are no such opacities. Since you are taking anti tubercular drugs an improving, possibility of tuberculosis is more as a cause for your reticular opacities in chest x ray dated 11-11-16.
So don't worry much at present,just finish your anti tubercular drug course.

sir whenever I take this medicines and my urine colour is always in orange colour or in light yellow colour for half of day this means my drugs are absorbed and excreted accordingly in body ,I always maintain the record of daily dosage and the proof is colour of my urine ,now one day after taking medicine for two hours also the Urine color was normal so I took some glass of water and after doing brush while cleaning the tongue with tongue cleaner I usually press hard while cleaning the tongue so at that time my saliva came out in red color as ,that is colour of medicine. As the saliva came in medicine color I thought medicine was not absorbed properly hence took extra pill after half an hour then after one hour took breakfast,now as the saliva came out in color of medicine the absorption was not good , hence I took extra pill so that my daily dose will not compromise,even that day the urine color was also not orange,so after some time the urine came in light yellow color ,that means the absorption of medicine was late, hence asking you if at all in these drugs it is must the urine color will be orange or it may be yellow as during evening it is becoming normal,I was thinking that the orange colour indicates the absorption of the medicine properly.

TB is an infectious disease caused by bacteria (mycobacterium tuberculosis).
TB affects almost all organs of the body.
Usually it affects lung more commonly.
So broadly TB is divided in two categories.
1. Pulmonary TB (PTB)
2. Extra pulmonary TB (EPTB)
TB lymphadenitis is classified in EPTB. Most common site for EPTB is lymph node. Other common sites for EPTB are pleural effusion, abdomen, spine, brain etc.
In all EPTB cases bacterial load is less and they are not infectious. So your TB lymphadenitis is not contagious. Only pulmonary TB is contagious.

sir explaining you two incidents one took place on date:02/01/2017, after I took medicine suddenly by seeing the strip I got confused with the number of tablets ,hence this confusion was that I missed the dose for that day....but after calculations my daily dose came true,now if at all there is a skip of dose for five days will my treatment will be successful as I am asking you this because I have taken medicine regularly as my calculations itself explaining,but still iam on confusion hence from that day I always get tension that and asking about the complete treatment.

sir as per my daily dose I took four tablets of Akurit 3 with one glass of Water and was able to swallow them all comfortably, usually I used to take more water with tablets means after taking four tablets I used to drink extra half of glass of water such that no tablet is struck in throat which can cause throat problem,my question is while during the swallowing of fourth tablet just a sweep of water remained in glass,with that water I was able to swallowed the tablets comfortably, my query is with all four tablets swallowed in one glass that too in empty stomach my daily dose of four tablets will be effective na,
and as I took breakfast nearly after 3 hours of taking medicine,my medicine efficacy will not compromise by less water na

Reticular opacities are commonly seen with infection and interstitial lung disease (ILD) .
Reticular opacities of ILD don't improve, they remain as it is.
Your chest x ray is improving (reticular opacities decreased) with anti tubercular drugs. So possibility of reticular opacities due to tuberculosis is more.
So you might had tubercular lung infection initially which is now cleared.

sir as we have many discussions please explain my medicine efficacy for one incident;
one day after taking medicine after for nearly two hours I started doing cleaning my tongue with tongue cleaner I usually press hard while cleaning the tongue so while cleaning the tongue suddenly the saliva came out in red color or the color of medicine Akurit 3 just as a cleaned one trip my mouth was full red in color so immediately I took some water and after nearly one and half hour took another tablet of Akurit 3 such that there will be no compromise for my daily dose .so please explain my daily dose for that particular day will be effective na

I can not understand why you want to confirm this?
You had enlarged cervical lymphnode, abnormal chest x ray. You are taking anti tubercular drugs. And now your lymphnode is subsided, chest x ray is improved.
So anti tubercular drugs are effective. This is simple logic.
If your anti tubercular drugs are not effective then your lymphnode will not be subsided an chest x ray would not have been improved.
So no need to worry. Keep faith in your medicines and finish your anti tubercular drugs.
