What Do My Abdominal CT Scan And Ultrasound Scan Test Reports Indicate?

Question: I've recently had an Abdominal CT and Ultrasound. I have a history of pancreatitis with an a gallbladder that only functions at 21%. I am continuing to have pain on the right side in my lower abdomen which prompted the above tests. I'm concerned because the Ultrasound report states I have a small hyperechoic lesion on the right hepatic lobe "may" represent a hemangioma. The CT report states "there is a tiny 6 mm hypodensity in the posterior right hepatic lobe which is too small to characterize"
Also, the Abdominal Ultrasound states "there are atherosclerotic changes in the abdominal aorta." I have family history of cancer and heart disease. Is there need for concern? Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Not of major concern
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
The ultrasound and CT finding combined looks like hemagioma only. it is a benign blood vessel anomaly. No treatment is required. I don't think there is any suspicion of cancer.
Atherosclerosis of aorta is of some concern though. This is a type of degenerative arterial wall disease, part of which is related to hypertension and high cholesterol or lipids. These things should be checked and treated accordingly.
Overall, nothing much to worry.
Hope this helps. I will be available for follow-up.

I am a person that exercises on a regular basis and ran for over 20 years. I've never been diagnosed with high blood pressure, hypertension or lipids. I've attached results of a recent blood test. Although there is a family history of heart disease. Could this be genetic?
Brief Answer:
may be genetic
Detailed Answer:
Yes bloodwork appears fine. Genetic factors are definitely implicated in atherosclerosis so that can be plausible.
