But the normal ranges are are between .5 to 3 based on the ranges shown in the boold results,

The reference range varies with laboratory. In normal non pregnant females value of upto 5 is considered normal. You can increase the consumption of sea foods and iodine supplements and get it re evaluated after 6 weeks to see the change.
