What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?
Joint space: There is a moderate-sized knee joint effusion. Mild synovial
hypertrophy is present in the knee joint consistent with noninfectious
synovitis. There is a multiseptated 3.2 cm AP x 2.6 cm TR x 7.7 cm CC Baker's

measured 1.0 x 2.3 x 5.8 cm in similar dimensions.
Articular cartilage: There are partial-thickness cartilage defects in the
apex of the femoral trochlea and patella. Punctate partial-thickness cartilage

Knee replacement is only good option
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If you have already done arthroscopy than there is only one option left. It is knee replacement surgery. You are young for this procedure as it is best for fifty years of age.
Still if there is too much pain and you are taking pain killers daily than it i better to opt for surgery as taking pain killers can cause kidney damage and high blood pressue.
I would recommend you to discuss these option with your doctor and than decide. I would forbid you to not to go for scopy or steroid shot as they are harmful.
Some patient can manage to delay knee surgery by doing life style modification and weight loss.
thanks
