Brief Answer:
No need to worry if you don't have any symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your WBC count is 3900/cumm.
Normal range is 4000 to 11000.

You have slightly low wbc count in past also. So its just considered as normal variation. There is no need to worry. Many people have this type of count without any symptoms.

If you don't have any symptoms then its ok. Its normal. No need to worry about that. Just be relaxed.

If you have any symptoms then please tell me about your symptoms so that I can help you further.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
