Brief Answer:
Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Your reports don't show any gross abnormality and so your problems are not because of these issues.
You are probably suffering from Acid Reflux disease, that causes acidity, reflux and indigestion.
I would recommend in such case a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone.
In case of acute pain, you may take anti acidity syrup like Digene/Gelusil available On The Counter for symptomatic relief.
Avoid smoking and alcohol in case you do.
You should also avoid any pain killers and take soft and bland diet.
Also, a good probiotic containing Lactobacillus also helps. Yog hurt is a very good natural source of probiotics so you may add it up in your diet.
Avoid spicy food. You should walk after your all meals.
Once these life style modifications are implied you would get relief from your symptoms.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
