What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Will answer one by one.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome to health care magic,
I have gone through all the reports attached here.
1) Blood hemogram is almost normal from which total RBCs,basophills and platelet distribution width (PDW) have no clinical significance. Also your blood sugar value (HBA1C) is within normal limits.
2) Here your SGPT 42 and SGOT 39 are marginally elevated (depending upon the lab variations) which would have no clinical significance in an otherwise healthy individual. I would not be personally worried about it.
Since both these tests are highly sensitive liver function tests and they might get elevated even with fatty meal or mild alcohol intake.
Your total serum cholesterol 230,LDl cholesterol 178 are elevated and high TC/HDL with LDL/HDL ratio which need some medical attention but no need to bother much as they can be controlled by certain dietary precautions.
Here are the foods to control your cholesterol, and thereby to reduce their ratio.
i. Avoid oily foods, especially deep fried.
ii. Take lot of fiber diet, this lowers your cholesterol absorption.
iii. Oilve oil is much better than coconut oil and palm oil.
iv. Avoid junk and fast food like pizzas, burgers, pastas, etc
But only dietary measures won’t going to help much, Please engage in brisk walking, or cycling for at least 30 min a day.
Rest of all other report are completely normal.Marginally high uric acid (7.28) value has no clinical significance
Hope this detailed information will help you.Let me know if you have more doubts.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome again.
1) If your cholesterol level still remains high even after diet and workout then low dose lipid lowering medications can also be started (like Atorvastatin 10 mg or Rosuvastatin 10 mg) after consulting to your doctor.
2) Also, I would like to say that grade-I fatty liver is not an alarming finding. It indicates fatty tissue deposition on the liver like in all men who have fatty or pendulous abdomen. Therefore I wouldn't be personally worried about this finding.
Generally, fatty liver condition is a kind of obesity and grade-i (and also grade-ii) fatty liver is completely reversible in the initial stages especially, by following below mentioned corrective measures.
1) Do regular exercise or brisk walk at least 30 minutes per day.
2) Cessation of alcohol intake (if you are alcoholic).
3) Avoid junk foods and fast foods,
4) Also take low fat and high protein diet (Veg- Pulses, soyabean and cheese)
5) You should take more fresh fruits and vegetables.
Although there is no such a time limit on when to have a repeat ultrasound scan but it can be repeated after 3 months following above corrective measures to check the liver status along with some liver function tests (SGPT,SGOT).
Hope this information will help you.
