Your reports are normal. but I didn't see any echo or ecg reports enclosed. if they are normal and it's first time that you have symptoms than I don't see any reason for concern. Generally they are non specific and occur without reason. only if they happen repeatedly we need to do further work up like MRI EEG etc etc to rule out neurologic and ent causes

All possible tests that are needed have been done. And all them are normal except the admission ecg. So at this stage only possible explanation remains vasovagal. And it doesn't require any further investigation or treatment. Need to take few precuations like avoid over strain or exertion, dehydration and sleep deprivation and prolonged standing especially in hot sun
