Brief Answer:
Continue the same treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Your doctor is absolutely right as the target of HbA1c is to keep it less then 7.
Such fluctuations are commonly seen.
There is no point in modifying the dose this time. However I would recommend you to do frequent self monitoring of Blood glucose (SMBG) in order to reach see if there are XXXXXXX fluctuations in Blood glucose levels through out the day.
You may also continue the Fenugreek seeds.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
You need to continue

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend, i am glad to know, that i am able to help you.
You need to understand, that Diabetes, blood pressure are diseases that can never be cured. They can just be controlled with medicines as well as regular exercises.

So, you would need to continue all these medicines as well as Crestor, as Crestor doesn't have only cholesterol lowering action, it also helps your heart and arteries to remain well by reduce plaque formation.

So, carry on as discussed. Keep in touch with me and your local doctor.

Take Care.
