Question: My daughter suffering from fati lever with
Thyroid , cholestrole , stomuch pain and
Vomiting last 2 days i attach her report

I can understand your concerns regarding your daughter

I have gone through all the reports you have uploaded

Your description suggest she is having acid peptic disease. I will suggest for a proton pump inhibitor like pantoprazole along with a prokinetic agent like domperidone.

Now coming to fatty liver:

It has many causes like NAFLD, hepatitis b and c, autoimmune disease, alcohol intake, XXXXXXX disease. So I will suggest you to take her to a hepatologist for evaluation and treatment accordingly. Meanwhile for fatty liver once she is ok with her stomach pain
and vomiting, ask her to do daily exercise, take low fat diet and among medicine give her ursodeoxycholic acid and vitamin e capaule

No need of taking medicine for marginally elevated cholesterol

Serum cholesterol level is mildly elevated. So ask her to take low fat diet and do daily exercise once her stomach pain is OK. No need of taking medicines for this at present.

Yes continue with medicine of thyroid.

However she will require medicine for vit d defieciency but once her stomach improves.
