What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Question: I am recently having some bone pains and lower back pain and cramps in uterus i have been to gynacologist which did couple of tests and told me nothing is wrong with my uters so i have had some urine test which indecates that i hav blood and WBC in urine and i have been placed on zeinat 500 twice a day also i am brestfeeding so i dont know how safe it could be? Can u please have a look at the reports ?

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have acute infection of Bladder (Cystitis)

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have any urinary symptoms llike burning urination ,frequency etc .

Get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.

Ttake broad spectrum antibiotics like Norfloxacin along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkaliser thrice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

Taking these medications for short period (5 days)will not have adverse effect on your baby.

No i dont have a burning feeling or pain its just that my urine amount decreased. i have attached the reports

Presence of Leukocytes and epithelial cells clearly suggests UTi.

Continue taking treatment which I have suggested in my reply earlier .

Thank u doctor , i am kind of scared that i would have blader tumor since my body bone aches and doctor can i take zinaat 500mg ?
