What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Question: So I went to the ER on Sunday for stomach pain that I had been having for about a week. It was in the mid to lower right quad of the stomach. They thought it might be a appendix issue so they did a full blood work up, Urine, and Cat Scan. All my blood work and cat scan came back perfect except they told me that my liver and spleen were enlarged. They sent me home and told me just to follow up with my primary doctor that I should not be concerned and it was not life threatening. Well after getting on Dr. google my mind went racing. I dont have any symptoms other than a stomach ace here and there. The physical exam was fine to and it did not hurt to touch or anything. I cant get in to a GI doctor until next week and I am freaking out a little. All my liver enzymes and all other blood work was perfect as well. I am trying to calm my nerves a little bit. The ER doctor told me that it could just be that my organs are not nessesarily enlarged but they could be the size they are supposed to me because on being overweight. I am 5ft 10in 210 pounds. I have lost 30 pounds the past 3 month but I have been exercising and trying to lose weight. I do however have high cholesterol. I am on Protonix (40MG) twice a day as well as pepcid AC everyday for heart burn and I do take vicodin as prescribed for a back injury. I am hoping you can give me some insight if I should be freaking out over this? I cant get into a GI Doctor until next week and need my nerves calmed please.
Thanks

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Answer given below
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the additional information and the CAT scan report.
I do not find anything significant in the CAT scan report that may explain your abdominal pain.
I was expecting issues related to appendix or right kidney or colon. But as per the CAT scan these are normal. You blood tests are also normal.
So the pain could be non specific muscular pain. Take tylenol to see if there is any relief.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

Dr.R.K.
