Question: Dear Dr. XXXXXXX

As you know my history related to my blood report and 2D ECHO report normal, my reports are attached in my previous conversation. and again on Saturday i went to hospital to check ECG that also normal and doctor told me pain present due to the muscle pain and he gave me muscle relaxant.
But, today morning i feel my heart beats are not normal feeling high hearts beats 80 to 90 beats per minutes and feeling scaring.
Please advise me it is heart disease or it happened due to the muscle pain or any other reason.

waiting for your advise.

Thanks & Regards,

Brief Answer:
High heart beat could be due to anxiety.

Detailed Answer:

Thank you for asking again.

Your cardiac profile is absolutely normal. Normal person can have 80-90 beats or more while become anxious. So your problem can be most likely due to anxiety. As you have taken ECG again and is normal there is nothing to worry. It is not from cardiac issue.
You can do breathing exercises which is very helpful to decrease anxiety and heart rate. Sit relaxed and take deep breaths. Exhale slowly. You can repeat this a couple of times daily. If that is not helping then a short course of anxiolytics or betalockers will help.
Muscle pain or costochonditis can give pain in the area. For this you can apply NSAID gels like volini.
As you have gastric issues the pain can be from acid reflux also. If taking proton pump inhibitors like Esomepazole is not helping then consult a Gastro entrologist and do fibrogastroduodenoscopy to find out the exact status and rule out peptic ulcers.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
