Brief Answer:
Both direct and indirect bilirubin are high, needs further investigation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX

Thank you for posting your question.

I have gone through your reports and in my opinion, you have elevated bilirubin levels in the absence of liver injury, your liver enzyme levels are quite normal, so that leaves us with a few possibilities that need to be investigated by further tests and careful analysis.

The likely reason for elevated indirect bilirubin levels (which is more significantly raised in your case) are usually increased destruction of red blood cells or some kind of abnormality in bilirubin uptake and excretion by the liver.

Other tests do not show any significant problem.

My suggestion to you is.

1. Consult a gastroenterologist.
2. Get an Ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
3. Get a peripheral smear done and look for any abnormality in the shape of RBCs
4. If these tests come back normal, then you will need to consider genetic disorders such as Crigler-Najjar Syndrome or XXXXXXX syndrome.

Drink plenty of water, and reduce fat in diet.

Hope this helps you.

Take care

Hi Mr. XXXXXXX

So do I have Jaundices, if yes then what is the condition of that, is it severe, or normal or above normal.

When I drink plenty of water I feel very good, and I also feel comfortable while sitting as then I don't feel like going for stools.
When I don't drink plenty of water or if I drink hot water or eat hot things I feel very uncomfortable at the ass. I feel water coming out of my ass and creates bad smell. But When I drink plenty of water the problem disappears instantly.

I am not able to understand the problem.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Jaundice is a clinical sign, jaundice is not normal, it is always abnormal

Detailed Answer:
Hello again XXXXXXX

Jaundice is a clinical sign, that means, if you see yellowish discolouration of your skin or your sclera (the white part of the eye), then you can say that you have jaundice.

Jaundice occurs when bilirubin levels increase above normal levels.

So, jaundice is never normal, it is always abnormal.

Do drink plenty of water, but most importantly, consult a gastroenterologist and get the tests I advised in my earlier answer, done, so that the cause for this elevation of bilirubin can be found and you can be treated appropriately.

Do not drink hot water if it makes you uncomfortable, and please do not ignore my advise, things can get worse, so please consult a gastroenterologist as soon as possible.

Best regards
