Brief Answer:
Normal Report
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to health-care magic.
These are called Screening tests which estimate the risk of a down's syndrome or trisomy 21 around 12 th week and results are compared with nuchal translucency (NT) scan.
These blood tests AFP, hCG and PAPPA, estimate the risk associated and predict the risk ration which can be seen at the bottom of your report.
There is no such risk to your baby and your babies are safe.
Feel free to ask if you wish to clarify something.

Brief Answer:
No normal range for individual tests
Detailed Answer:
There is nothing called normal range in these reports. These reports help in risk evaluation by identifying the possible risk of baby having down's syndrome and trisomy 21.
In your case risk if down's syndrome as per these Biochemical markers is less than 1 per 10000 where normal cut of would be 1 in 100. This means risk of down's syndrome is negligible.
There is no upper range for each of these blood tests alone that can be taken as upper or lower limit.
I hope your doubt is cleared now.

What does trisomy 21 - 1:700 means?
Brief Answer:
Reduced chance of trisomy 21
Detailed Answer:
Trisomy is another genetic abnormality like down's syndrome which can be identified by the markers and NT scan. The risk is high if value is 1:250.
But your value is 1: 750 which is not risk category. This means the chance of your baby getting affected by down's syndrome is 1 in 750. Hence there is nothing to worry about it.
