Hi.
Thanks for posting query at HCM.
Most of the test results are Normal except LOW WHITE BLOOD CELLS and platelets.
Please let me know :
1. why did you have these tests ? any symptoms bothering you?
2. Did you have any infections lately? cold/ flu ?
3. Is there any physical sign at any site in your body that is bothering you....like a lump or a enlarged lymph node near neck area or arm pit?
4. Any minor bleeding abnormalities lately?
Looking forward for the answers

First, Thank You.
1. Have been getting bladder infections off and on for over a year-ended up with a kidney infection-I know this because I tested myself. And I had all the signs and symptoms. I have been taking: Augmentin 875mg 2x day for 7days. Then I go off-but the infection comes back after 1-2 weeks. Been doing this pretty steady lately for the past year.
2. I have never had a cold or the flu in my lifetime. I really am very healthy.
3. Pain that is localized to just above my pubic bone once the antibiotics kick in-still slightly remains-no enlarged lymph nodes anywhere on my body
4. When I had the kidney infection I had some blood in my urine-as it was on the test strip.
5. I have got to add here I get these bouts of cramps in my intestines-and then I get diarrhea -and a lot of bloating-so I use a liquid probiotic once a month-you drink it and it comes in a 6 pack bought at the grocery store.
6. I do get headaches with the bladder and bowel ailment-and I do run a fever also. This last bout-made me dizzy and wobbly.

Brief Answer:
Visit a Hematologist
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for getting back and answering in detail
Summarizing your answer is that you get " recurrent infections" despite being compliant with medications.
"Recurrent infections" maybe due to Low Lymphocyte count ( Lymphocytopenia).
It cannot be figured out as of now, as to what would be causing the low lymphocyte count. there are different causes for low lymphocyte count.
Further evaluation is required in this scenario. I would advise you to visit a "hematologist" at the earliest with your blood results and thoroughly elaborate your history.
As per now, further test I may advise to rule out any chronic disease or syndrome:
- CRP
- ESR
Further questions are welcomed.
Wish you good and sound health

Thank you.
Could you define: CRP and ESR, I am not familiar.
As for the Hematologist I will pursue this avenue.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
CRP is C-reactive protein. C-reactive protein measures general levels of inflammation in the body. High levels of CRP are caused by infections and many "long-term diseases".
ESR is erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), defined as the rate (mm/hour) at which erythrocytes suspended in plasma settle when placed in a vertical tube.
This measurement is important because when "abnormal proteins" are present in the blood, typically due to "inflammation or infection or autoimmune disease", they cause red blood cells to clump together and sink more quickly.
Hope to answer your concern.
