Brief Answer:
There is some confusion here dear

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

After going through your query and the report attached by you it seems there is some misunderstanding. The report attached by you is of Serum Cortisol which is well within normal limits.

But from your query and keeping into consideration your pervious query I think you were concerned about your serum Cholesterol levels not Cortisol.

Kindly clarify the doubt.

I'll be waiting for your clarification.

Kind regards

Brief Answer:
Hello Again

Detailed Answer:
Regarding your cortisol, it's well within normal range so nothing is required for that.

Regarding your cholesterol levels which are 230 as per you. For this a combined approach is needed which includes

1. Lifestyle modifications as explained before like daily morning walks, healthy diet, no smoking

2. Medication for cholesterol, tablet Atorvastatin 20 mg daily at bed time for 3 months.

After 3 months we will repeat your lipid profile to see if there is any need to continue the meds any further.

Feel free to ask if you have any more doubts.

Kind regards
